What is bandwidth and how is it measured?

                      -Definition of Bandwidth - n : a data transmission rate. Amount of information transfered from the website to a user. (EX: Ten users
                      download a file that is 50 Kb from your website. This would amount to 500 Kb of bandwidth used. This use of bandwidth also applies to
                      people who visit your site and download your webpage for viewing (htm, html, jpg, gif, mov, mp3, etc.))

                     -Bandwidth is calculated to the nearest Gb.

                      -For the purposes of our calculation, 1 Gb is equal to roughly a billion (1,000,000,000) bytes. Technically, this number represents two to the
                      30th power (1,073,741,824 bytes). We do this for the sake of simplicity of billing.

                      -Any amount of bandwidth used is rounded to the nearest higher Gb. (EX: If you use 1.2 Gb of Bandwidth, then you will billed for 2 Gb.) If
                      you are using one of the preset packages, then this does not apply to you as you are billed for a preset amount of bandwidth.

                      -Using the preset packages, you are charged for the amount of bandwidth mentioned in the plan. (EX: If you were using the Basic Package
                      you would have 5 Gb available per month for your use.)

                      -Once the bandwidth limit is reached, based upon what package you are using, your account will automatically be frozen so that additional
                      bandwidth charges will not be accrued. At that point you have two options. You can either opt to upgrade your package or wait until the
                      beginning of the next month for the bandwidth to reset itself.
 

How does the billing process work?

                      -Upon your signup date, you will be billed for the first period of service.

                      -Payments are currently through PayPal ONLY (www.paypal.com). In the future, other payment options may become available.

                      -Based upon your payment preference, your bill will recur in Monthly (31 days), Quarterly (3 months), or Yearly (12 months) installments.

                      -Billing will recur on the date that you began service at the end of the specific period you chose. (EX: You signed up for the yearly service
                      on January 13, 2003. On that day you would be billed for a year of service. On January 13, 2004 you would be billed for the next year.)

                      -If for some reason payment is not received within 5 days of the billing date, then your account will be suspended untill payment is
                      received!

                      -If payment is not received within 30 days of billing date, then your account will become inactive and deleted immediately!

                      -If your account is suspended 3 payment periods in a row due to nonpayment of the bill, we reserve the right to cancel services.

                      -You may cancel service at any time during service and service will continue untill the end of the payment period.

                      -No refunds will be given for unused service that has been paid for.

                      -Upgrades are avalible upon request. Upgrades are listed on the Services page. If you need something other than listed, please email us
                      and let us know. We will do what we can to accomodate you and suggest a service package that would fit your needs.

                      -Specific note reguarding billing if you are paying on a quarterly or yearly basis.
                      -----If you pay on a Quarterly basis, you will receive a 2% discount on your bill.
                      -----If you pay on a Yearly basis, you will receive a 5% discount on your bill.

                      -If upgrading in the middle of a quarterly or yearly period, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the cost of the
                      upgraded service and the ballance that you have already paid. The upgraded service cost is figured without using the discount rate. (Price
                      difference will be divided among remaining calender days of the current service plan.)

                      -If necessary, downgrades are available upon request. The downgrade will take effect at the begining of the next pay period and you will be
                      billed accordingly.

                      -No refunds will be given for unused space or bandwidth before downgrades takes effect.

What is CPanel and how does it work?

                      -CPanel is a fully-featured web-based control panel that allows you to manage your domain through a web interface. The idea is to transfer
                      as much of the control and responsibility of managing your web site to you. You have the ability to manage all aspects of email, files,
                      backups, FTP, CGI scripts, and web site statistics.

How do I upgrade my service?

                      -Upgrades are avalible upon request. Upgrades are listed on the Services page. If you need something other than listed, please email us
                      and let us know. We will do what we can to accomodate you and suggest a service package that would fit your needs.

                      -If upgrading in the middle of a quarterly or yearly period, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the cost of the
                      upgraded service and the ballance that you have already paid. The upgraded service cost is figured without using the discount rate.

How long will it take for my account to go online?

                      -Accounts activation will occur within 24 to 48 hours of payment. This time is used to verify the new account and provide setup based upon individual customer needs.
